These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sharing of your details by your Doctor (hereinafter elaborated) with "M3India" and the Oncologist registered with M3 India Platform.

Introduction/Background

Neuroglia Health Private Limited is a company registered under laws of India with its registered office at No 393, 3rd floor, 2nd Cross, Dollars Colony, JP Nagar 4th Phase, Bengaluru - 560078, Karnataka, India that operates website: www.m3india.in and mobile applications by the brand name "M3 India" (M3 India Platform). It is currently running a campaign which enables doctors registered with M3 India Platform to share your name, contact number with an Oncologist (registered with M3 India), if your doctor is of the opinion that you may require an expert care of an Oncologist.

Since you have shared your mobile number with your Doctor, you have received an OTP on your mobile number pursuant to your doctor having advised you of your health condition and the campaign run on M3India.

In case you wish to permit your Doctor to share your reference and details with the Oncologist, you may please share the OTP with your doctor if you are agreeable to the below stated terms and conditions:

  • By sharing the OTP with your doctor You hereby consent and agree to share your name and contact number with an Oncologist through M3India Platform.
  • You hereby agree and provide consent to receive a call from an Oncologist either to book an appointment or discuss your health with him.
  • Your Doctor or M3 India will not share, use your name or contact number for any other purpose other than as stated in this Terms.
  • M3 India does not store your name/contact details.
  • If You disagree to the Terms, You may not share OTP with your Doctor
  • By sharing of your contact number with the Oncologist, M3India does not assure of any follow up calls from the Oncologist and the same is purely discretion of the Oncologist.
  • These Terms may be update at any time without prior notice.
  • These Terms shall be governed by the Laws of India.
